SHIPPING
USA - All orders ship within 5 business days of placement and delivery takes up to 7-10 business days depending on where you live. Most of the time your order will get to you within 5 business days of placing your order.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must made with USPS. Please double check your shipping address upon checkout, we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address.
International - We ship internationally using USPS First Class International.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom fees. Please note that these fees are not included in your purchase order and will be billed separately by the shipping company.

Please note that these time frames do not apply to Pre-Orders. Refer to individual Pre-Order Product Pages for estimated shipping window.
Also note that pre-order ship dates are all estimated and may be subject to change. Updates will be made on each relevant product page.
Lastly, all items ordered with a pre-order product will ship out together on the pre-orders ship date. We DO NOT separate orders for shipping. Please order pre-order items separately if you would like non pre-order items to ship during our normal shipping window.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at merch@empi.re for the quickest response. Please include your ORDER # in the subject line.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Pre-Orders may be cancelled within 7 DAYS of purchase. After 7 DAYS from date of purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the State of California. Sales tax is not charged to orders outside of California.
